*Principal’s Message
At-Taqwa School & Tahfeez*

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,

It is a great honour and responsibility for me to serve as the Principal of At-Taqwa School & Tahfeez. I sincerely thank the respected founders, directors, teachers, parents, and well-wishers for their trust and support.

At-Taqwa School & Tahfeez represents a unique model of Islamic education. It combines the British Cambridge curriculum with a comprehensive Islamic education, including Tahfeezul Qur’an and the understanding of the Qur’an. Our aim is not only to produce academically successful pupils, but also morally upright, spiritually conscious, and intellectually capable young Muslims leaders who can contribute positively to the society.

One of our key curriculum priorities is to develop essential life skills for every pupil—both male and female—so that they grow into confident, responsible, and contributing leaders in their families, communities, and the wider world. Education at At-Taqwa therefore goes beyond textbooks; it focuses on nurturing character, leadership, communication, responsibility, and service.

I strongly believe in enterprise shared leadership, where all stakeholders—directors, teachers, parents, and pupils—play responsible and self-regulated roles in the educational journey. True educational success emerges when every member of the community contributes with sincerity, discipline, creativity, and collaboration.

At At-Taqwa, our directors, parents, teachers, and pupils are expected to become critical and creative thinkers, striving to be the most submissive and obedient servants of Allah and deeply respectful followers of the Messenger of Allah (peace and salutations be upon him). This vision reflects our golden tradition: loyalty in faith, creativity in expression, and unity in social enterprise while appreciating diversity in functional dynamics.

Balancing the needs of modern practical life with high moral and spiritual standards is not an easy task. However, it is precisely this balance that defines the purpose of an authentic Islamic educational institution. At At-Taqwa, we strive to cultivate pupils who excel in knowledge while embodying strong character, faith, and responsibility.

We strongly promote and uphold the core Islamic values of love, care, sharing, compassion, respect, tolerance, fairness, integrity, and discipline, so that our community may enjoy a healthy aesthetic, cultural, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

As Principal, my priorities are clear: to fulfil the mission and vision of the founders and to meet the aspirations and expectations of the parents who have entrusted us with the education and upbringing of their children.

Leaving behind a comfortable and dignified life in London to serve here reflects my deep love and sincere commitment to the pupils of our homeland. Elevating educational standards to a global level is undoubtedly a great challenge, yet I remain optimistic. With the visionary leadership of our directors, the dedication of our teachers, and the high aspirations of our pupils, we can achieve remarkable success together.

Our collective sincerity, vision, and efforts can, InshaAllah, make At-Taqwa School & Tahfeez a prestigious brand name for world-class Islamic education in the near future. We see this institution as a powerful vehicle for building a strong faith-based Islamic community, guided by knowledge, unity, and service to humanity.

Ultimately, our mission is rooted in Tawheed—the unity of the Creator. As a community, we should reflect this unity through unity of mission, unity of voice, and unity of endeavour, working together for the pleasure of Allah and the betterment of our society.

Above all, we place our trust in Allah. If Allah wills and grants us His help and blessings, no challenge will be too great to overcome.

May Allah bless At-Taqwa School & Tahfeez and make it a source of knowledge, guidance, and excellence for generations to come.

Warm regards,
